Melissa & Clay

Saturday we were actually right here in Greer for Melissa and Clay's wedding. I was excited that the weather was supposed to be a little cooler and not although we need it, no rain was predicted. We started with some quick pictures outside the church. Oh, I better give him credit - this is one of Marty's shots.
When I went upstairs, this is how I found Melissa....I thought it was too funny!
Her mom helped her get all zipped up.
The finishing touches.
Melissa and all her little girls!
Chad was getting in my way just a little bit - I guess he thinks I can take pics of the bride with him in front of her!

Okay, now Marty got this shot of the guys...as each groomsmen reached the front of the church, they handed Clay a bullet as they shook his hand. I was told that they were supposed to have shot gun shells instead of bullets...that way when Clay put them in his pockets they would bulge out. That's dirty LOL! I loved the bright colors in Melissa's bouquet, and when I had a minute, I found the sunlight coming through a door, so decided to make use of it.
Walking his daughter down the aisle!
At one point during the ceremony Melissa and Clay had to turn and face the crowd.
The flower girls must have gotten tired of standing up! They are all cute as can be!
Now afterwards, we did some quick shots of the bride and groom before heading to the reception. I must say, Clay wins the award for best face when I asked them to kiss!
The first dance.
The yummy cake! The cake topper made by Melissa herself - too funny!
And little Presley is growing up so fast! Watch out - Dreama snuck in a peck on the cheek!!!!
I took the newlyweds outside for some quick shots before the sun went down.
Then they were off!
Melissa and Clay, it's hard to believe your wedding day finally arrived - it seems like so long ago that you guys started planning. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your special day! I hope you both have a wonderful time on your honeymoon and a safe trip home!
