Noah's Birthday Party

Saturday was another day without a wedding, but we didn't get to rest - we had two birthday parties to go to. The first one was for three of my cousins...the second one was Noah's 3rd birthday party at the Fire Department.

When Noah got there, Trey had to help him get his turnout gear out of the locker.
Then he was dressed and ready for his party. The kids got to play like they were driving the fire trucks.

Then there was a visit from Freddie the Fire Truck.
The kids weren't too certain about Freddie but Andrew wasn't scared to talk to him!
Noah wouldn't have his picture taken with Freddie by himself.
Noah talked to him some when Allison held him.
McKenna getting a hug from Little Alli!
There was another Freddie there too - Uncle Freddie!
Noah smiling for me before they light his candles on his cake.
Then time to open presents. He got a cool fireman bear!
Hey there's Todd!
Noah riding around on his bike.
Julie tried it out too!
Then he tried on his new fire helmet!
Finally at the very end Noah wanted his picture taken with Freddie - all by himself!
Here's Noah's invitation....the front side....
and the back side....
We had fun at Noah's party and watching the kids play! I'm so glad we were able to be there to celebrate with him!!!! Happy Birthday Noah!

Blake's 1st birthday

Yesterday I went to Easley for Blake's 1st birthday party. Although he was taking a nap when I first arrived it didn't take long for him to wake up and enjoy the party. Here he is at the front door waiting on everyone to get there. Blake let me get a few quick shots of him with his gorgeous blue eyes.

While waiting on the party to get started I was able to get some shots of Blake with his brothers. Then it was time to open prsents. Blake was such a happy and excited baby!!!

After opening all of his gifts, he finally got to dive into his cake! I must say, out of all the first birthday parties I've been at this year, Blake gets the award for best cake smasher! He totally demolished it! At one point, we thought he was going to pick the whole thing up wtih both hands. He was nice and shared his cake with both his mommy and his daddy! Here's Missy getting a taste. Then Mitch got a bite too! When Blake was done he was covered in cake from head to toe. Yes, that would be what is left of the cake that he is standing on!Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of Blake's first birthday! It was great to see Missy and Mitch again and hang out with them for a while! And Missy, I hope your toe gets better! :0)

Noah's Birthday Party

Last night Noah celebrated his second birthday at Pump It Up in Greenville. I must say that I am not sure who had more fun - the kids or the adults.

Here's Noah and Alli going down the slide - I think it was definitely the most popular activity.
Aunt Julie enjoyed the slide too!Along with Clancy and Chasey - the adults let the kids slide too!
Now before you can go into the arena areas they make you watch a safety video. One of the rules is that only 4 people can be on the slide at any time - 3 on the steps and 1 on the slide. It seems that the adults are the ones who either didn't pay attention or didn't listen very well! Even Mike got to play!
Noah had fun playing air hockey. After the seond arena, we went into one of the party rooms for pizza, cake, and presents. Noah had a cool Cars cake! And as you can tell, Noah thought it was very good!Happy Birthday Noah! I hope you had fun at your party - I know all the "grown-ups" did!!!

Parker's Birthday Party

On Sunday I had the opportunity to celebrate Parker's 4th birthday party with him and his friends. It was a hot day, but the kids enjoyed the water slide at the party....I'm sure they all rested really well Sunday night when they got home!
Here's the birthday boy himself taking his turn!
If the kids weren't playing on the slide...they were on the playground! And last but not least - the cake! A Taste of Heaven did a marvelous job on Parker's cake. This thing was huge and tasted, well, heavenly! :0)Happy Birthday Parker!!!!!
