Hannah Jones

Hannah stopped by yesterday to have some headshots taken for an upcoming pageant. Hannah is so tall and makes me feel short! She has gorgeous long legs and a great smile to go along with them. She is very fun to work with and it was great to see Hannah and her mom again! Here are some of my favorites.

Good luck in the pageant Hannah - I know you'll do great!

Fahr Family

Wednesday I met the Fahr family out at the Rock Quarry in downtown Greenville.

David, Tiffany, Austin, Brody, and Zack were fun to work with! Although the rain held off for us, the mosquitos didn't. Poor Zack was getting eaten alive out there! Here are some of my favorites from our session. Just the boys...
These five look great together!
Of course we had to get some of mom and dad by themselves!
Sometimes Brody just wouldn't smile for me.....I keep threating to find me a little girl to lay some kisses on him!I think this is my favorite!!!
It was great to meet you and your family Tiffany! I hope you all have a great weekend!

Mary and Adam

Mary and Adam were married on the most popular wedding date of this year 7/7/07. The ceremony was held in Chimney Rock, NC with the reception at Lake Lure Inn & Spa. We got there early to get a few shots of them getting ready. Here's Adam's mom pinning his boutonniere on.

Mary's mom helped with her earrings.Mary and Adam had a nice set of wheels to take them away to the reception!

Instead of traditional programs, the order of servcie was printed on fans - the guests definitely appreciated it - they brought some relief to the hot and humid weather. The ceremony site was beautiful - right beside the river at the bottom of the mountains.I was able to sneak the bride and groom away for a few minutes to get some shots of them alone.Due to the location of the ceremony, guests parked at the reception site and rode the trolley to the ceremony site. We had to incorporate it into some shots!!Mary planned her wedding from Florida, but everything was fabulous. Her colors of baby blue and brown made for a gorgeous cake!I loved these boxes of chocolates Mary used for favors and the place settings at each guest's seat couldn't have been more perfect.Everyone had a great time dancing outside on the patio - and even enjoyed a fireworks show! The guests showered Mary and Adam with rose petals as they headed for the limo!

Here are a few shots from Mary's bridal portraits that were taken ealier in the week.

Congratulations Mary and Adam!

Keller Family

For Friday's second session I met Amy, Kyle, and Kylie out at Milliken in Spartanburg. We were lucky enough to avoid any thunderstorms, but it sure was hot!!!! I think Kylie was a little shy at first, but it didn't take her long to start chasing after me and playing around with the camera!
There are so many areas to take pictures out at Milliken. I've only been on a portion of their property - I would love to go out there and walk around to see what else I can find! Here's some of all three of them!
This one is definitely my favorite family shot.
Amy wanted some of her and Kyle too - of course I had to get Kylie's help to make them smile!

I love this one of Kylie and her daddy!!

Had to get one with mommy too!!!

And last but not least, Kylie by herself!

It was great seeing you all again and meeting Kylie - she is beautiful!!

Baby Ava

Last Friday started off a very busy weekend! Baby Ava and her parents came by Friday afternoon and I couldn't have asked for a better baby! I think Ava loved just chilling out in the bean bag and watching me! I have so many favorites of her - I tried to only pick a couple, but of course ended up with more! First here are some of the whole family....
And the star of the show....she was so serious to start with!
Ava was all smiles for her daddy...he's funny!
And one more!!!! She is so precious!
It was great seeing you again Erica!!! I enjoyed meeting your newest addition to your family - she was great to work with!!!!

Busy as a bee!

So I know I have been behind on the blog a little....I have a newborn session, two family sessions, a bridal portrait session and two weddings that have not been added - EEK! I just wanted to let you all know that I have been so busy with sessions I have not had time to keep up with entries. I hope to have everything added on there sometime Friday - I have had sessions scheduled like crazy and no time for working/editing - not good and lesson learned!

A big THANK YOU to everyone (especially Kerrie) for being so very patient with me!!! I hope to be able to take two vacation days at my full-time job next week in order to work on editing and making a big dent on the list sitting in front of me!

I promise to have everyone a sneak peak of their sessions on the blog before the weekend is here so check back Friday afternoon!

Thanks again,
Mandy

Lantz Family

Last Saturday I met the Lantz family out at Milliken for a family session. Sometimes it's great to finally meet people that you have talked to several times on the phone and put a face with a name! They all four looked great in their white and khaki! Here are some of my favorites....
And one more of the whole family....
Adam and Olivia were too cute! I love the pictures of the two of them together. Adam seems already be the protective big brother!I absolutely loved Olivia's dress....she is just adorable! And we can't leave out Adam....he looks like such a handsome young man!!!It was great meeting Meredith and Terry along with their children! I hope you all have a wonderful summer!!!!

Marquess Family

It's always great when you can spend time with your friends. Charlotte and I have been friends since before we were born and I enjoyed getting to spend a little time with her, Jeff, and Emily out at Reedy River Falls on Thursday. Here are a few of my favorites!
Emily had to help me take one of mama and daddy so she could see it on the camera!

She looks like she's pouting, but she's not - just waiting on the water to shoot up out of the ground!
It's so amazing out quickly babies grow!!! It seems like only yesterday that Emily was born, but she looks like such a little lady here!
And last, but not least, my favorite pic from the entire session - I don't know why, but I love this shot!!!I'm glad we got to hang out with the three of you some! Hopefully one day soon we can get the whole group together again!!!!
