What was supposed to be Christmas pictures ended up being an engagment session! Brian gave Jan a ring on Thanksgiving and this newly engaged couple was lots of fun to work with. Here are my favorites from Jan & Brian's session with me last week! Congratulations you two!!!

Tonight I shot my favorite little red-head and her mommy and daddy for their Christmas cards pics. Although the location didn't go as planned, I think we did good with the pictures and they turned out great! It's always funny getting McKenna to laugh (or in tonight's case, stick out her tongue!). I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph James, Angus, & Katie again! The twins are getting so big and Katie is just as cute as she can be!! We had our hands full trying to get all of them to look at me and smile, but it was all worth it! Here are my favorites from my first set of Christmas pictures this year!

Catching up

With the busy holiday weekend, I wasn't able to post my favorites from the last two sessions I finished editing last week. So today I'm playing catch up and finally posting them!

McKenna's 2nd birthday party

Today was McKenna's second birthday. It's amazing how fast kids seem to grow so quickly. I am always so grateful to be able to take pics of this beautiful little girl. It's mainly because of her that I am in this business to begin with.

Anyway, the party was great - food, fun, cake, lots of presents, family and friends!

Sasha and Emil

I don't know if you want to call it a play date or a mommy get-together, but I was able to photograph Sasha and her friend Emil. Sasha is growing so fast! It seems like only yesterday I was taking maternity pictures of her mommy! It had been a few months since I had been to their house to take pics, so it was GREAT to get to see Sasha and her parents again and to meet Emil and his mommy! Here are some of my favorites from the day.

Will and Emma Brooks

I tried to get Will to let me keep his new little sister with me, but he wouldn't. He is such the protective, loving big brother!!!!! Little Emma looks so cute with her pink bow...you can't help but love her!!!! Here are my favorites...

So, I am shooting a sweet 16 birthday party in January, and working on the invitations for it. However, the guest of honor is keeping the details under wraps right now - at least until invitations are received. Therefore, I will not be posting my favorites on here yet, but I will give you a small peak....

Seymour Family

Okay, so I'm a little behind on editing pics...working full-time then having 5 shoots roll-in all at the same time is quite a hand full. Anyway, Saturday October 28th I had the opportunity to do some family pictures for some friends of mine. I had a blast with Chase and April and their family. I took soooo many pictures of all of them, but that's okay...I like have lots to choose from! So, here are some of my favorites!!!!

Fall Leaves
