Simpson Family

The Simpson family came by yesterday for a quick family session for their Christmas pictures. It was great to see them even if it was a short visit!!!! Here are my favorites.
I'm still so amazed at how fast babies grow up - it seems like only yesterday I was doing Irina's maternity pictures and now they are getting ready for Sasha's second Christmas!!!
She liked giving the bear hugs!
I hope you all have a Merry Christmas (even though it seems WAY too early to be saying that!).

Tiger Calls - Week 9

This weeks Tiger Calls show was in Pendleton. Marty and I were a little early so we rode around a few minutes, and I must say that the downtown Pendleton area is really nice. I'll definitely have to go back there one day.

If you didn't know, there was a Harvest Moon that night and it was huge. Here's a shot of it across the parking lot.
For Coach Bowden, it was back to signing autographs....
We were outside on the sidewalk...And I must say, the BI-LO Coke machine fit right in.
Hard at work! Some football players came straight from practice and barely made it in time to sign up for the autographed football giveaway!

Melissa & Clay

I met Melissa and Clay at Clemson University Sunday for their engagement session. It was the perfect location for these two alumni! We had private access to Death Valley so the stadium was ours. We started with the infamous rock.
The grass isn't as green as I wished it would have been - guess that what the cleats do to it.
Can you spot Melissa and Clay?
We decided to play in the seats a little.
After we were done at the stadium we headed over to the Tillman Hall area to take some more shots. I liked the big bell! This is definitely one of my favorites!
We then drove over to the Botanical Gardens and walked around there a little.
None of us had been there before and I didn't realize the gardens were so big. There were lots of various trails you could take.
I love the rock columns in this arbor....very pretty!Congratulations Melissa and Clay! We'll be seeing you in August and good luck with your house - you have a wonderful builder so I know the house will be outstanding!!!

Leslie & Mardy

I met Leslie and Mardy Friday in downtown Greenville for their engagement session. We were watching the weather all week thinking it was going to be pouring down raining. I guess the weathermen were wrong - it turned out to be a beautiful afternoon with a blue sky and no rain! I have a lot of favorites from this session so I'm warning you - this is a long post.

We started out behind the Peace Center - check out Leslie's beautiful ring!

And then went across the river for some fun at the fountain.

Thankfully we found some grass that wasn't wet after the much needed rain we've had.
I love pic with them cutting up and laughing!

I tried to combine these next three into one series, but it just didn't give the same effect.
Leslie has the most gorgeous eyes. I love photographing them. They really pop in this picture.

Finally it was back to their feet for some more walking, posing, and kissing! What can I say....her eyes are amazing!Once we were done walking around at Reedy River we got a few quick shots in the parking garage before heading to our last stop.I think Mardy thought we were a little crazy when we said we were going to a laundromat, but we got some cool shots. I think he was hoping they would be closed.I had a great time with Mardy and Leslie - I can't wait until your big day!!!!
