This past Saturday Marty and I went to Anderson for Chrissy and Jeremy's wedding at the Wilhite House. This was my first visit to the Wilhite House and I was really impressed. The current owners, Jim and Lori, have renovated the house and have more plans for expanding the outside pavillion and garden areas in the future. Here is a shot outside of the house.
Chrissy didn't want to do a bridal portrait session. Instead we arrived a little early to get some shots or her by herself on the big day. As I have said many times before, both Marty and I are drawn to the children when we are behind the camera. This cute little guy was walking around while everyone was waiting on the ceremony to begin. Chrissy and Jeremy's intimate outdoor ceremony.
After the ceremony, guests were greeted to an array of food. The staff at the Wilhite House did a marvelous job with everything.
I love the fish in the centerpieces on the reception tables.
Their cake was not only beautiful, but tasted so good!
I'm still trying to figure out how a bridesmaid and a groomsman ended up with cake icing on their faces....This is the first wedding that I have had my picture taken at the reception.
I was able to steal Chrissy and Jeremy away for a little bit to take some quick shots of them together before they left.
Thanks guys for allowing us to be a part of your special day! Your day couldn't have been more perfect!!!!
